Residents in St. Augustine woke up on the morning of February 3rd to a winter wonderland. Around 2 inches of snow fell overnight in the nation's oldest city. A southern storm system with enough moisture took advantage of the cold air and was able to produce frozen precipitation. Cities as far south as Tampa reported seeing flurries.
