NWS TPC/NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER MIAMI FL1130 ...A BROAD SURFACE LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM LOCATED NEAR BELIZE IS PRODUCINGWIDESPREAD CLOUDINESS AND SHOWERS ACROSS THE EASTERN YUCATANPENINSULA... BELIZE... WESTERN CUBA... AND MUCH OF THE NORTHWESTERNCARIBBEAN SEA. ANY DEVELOPMENT OF THIS SYSTEM SHOULD BE SLOW TOOCCUR DUE TO ONLY MARGINALLY FAVORABLE UPPER-LEVEL WINDS ANDINTERACTION WITH LAND. HOWEVER... AS THE SYSTEM MOVES SLOWLY NORTHOR NORTHWESTWARD... LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL WILL BE POSSIBLE OVERMUCH OF THE YUCATAN PENINSULA... BELIZE... GUATEMALA... AND WESTERNCUBA DURING THE NEXT DAY OR TWO.
